The 1% rebate will be provided by Edge Real Estate (Experts Dedicated to Generating Results). You should have experience on your side and you will have an agent of Edge Real Estate to guide you though your home buying process and will be there to answer and question you may have. Your agent will be working for you and not the builder. your agent will be working in your best interest to make the process easier.

Refund of 1% is calculated on the base price of the home, (base price does not include options, upgrades or lot premiums) Offer is subject to Edge Real Estate receiving negotiated real estate commissions from builder, we can cannot give what we do not receive.

The 1% Refund is on new construction communities only (subdivisions of 30 or more homes). Discounts on pre-existing or pre-lived-in homes or smaller comminutes are calculated as follows:

$1000.00 back between $150,000 and $249,900
$1500.00 back between $250,000 and $349,900
$2000.00 back between $350,000 and $549,900
$3000.00 back between $550,000 and $749,900
$5000.00 back back Over $750,000

You can expect the refund check to be mailed within 10-15 business days after closing. of your new construction home.
